Istanbul, Turkiye - December 5, 2024 - We are delighted to share that Eternal Spark, Bilgin’s latest 50-meter masterpiece, has been named a finalist in three prestigious categories at the BOAT Design & Innovation Awards 2025: Outstanding Exterior Design - Motor Yachts 42m to 51.9m and Best Naval Architecture-Displacement Motor Yachts. Adding to our pride, the Bilgin 163 series, to which Eternal Spark belongs, has been recognized as a finalist in the Best New Series category.

Crafted with exterior design and naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design, and enriched by the sophisticated interiors of Hot Lab, Eternal Spark represents a perfect harmony of aesthetics and functionality. Her expansive outdoor spaces include a vast beach club featuring a sauna, a 21-meter sundeck, a 12-meter bridge deck aft, and a spacious main deck aft -seamlessly connected to the beach club and the sea. Emrecan Özgün of Unique Yacht Design describes the design process as follows: “The main focus was to enable guests to spend ample time outdoors, which was achieved by maximizing the square footage and enhancing shaded and sheltered areas, particularly in the new 163 and 170 series, as well as the Eternal Spark and her sister ships. As a result, the Bilgin 499 GT semi-custom projects emerged as platforms with some of the largest outdoor spaces available.”

Designed to deliver utmost comfort, the yacht offers six guest cabins accommodating up to 12 guests, six outdoor and three indoor socializing areas, as well as standout features such as an indoor and outdoor cinema, a grand 5,000-liter Jacuzzi pool on the sun deck, and the serene beach club. These elements make Eternal Spark an ideal choice for charter guests seeking both adventure and ultimate relaxation.

The exterior spaces of this model surpass those of its predecessors, lending a sportive appearance to the Bilgin 163. The 50-meter Bilgin 163 model is an ideal combination of elegant exterior lines and proven engineering. Powered by twin 1,450hp CAT engines, the new Bilgin 163 boasts a top speed of approximately 17 knots with low operational costs.

After spending the summer of 2024 in the Mediterranean, Eternal Spark has returned to Bilgin’s headquarters for winterization. The second unit of the Bilgin 163 series is scheduled to launch in early 2025. And the winners of the BOAT Design & Innovation Awards will be revealed during the Superyacht Design Festival in Kitzbühel, taking place from 2-4 February 2025.
