Istanbul, Turkiye–May 2025- Bilgin Yachts hosted young maritime enthusiasts and aspiring engineers at its "Student Shipyard Day | Explore. Learn. Get Inspired." event as part of the World Boating Day celebrations on May 24, 2025. Held at the shipyard’s headquarters in Istanbul, this special event aimed to provide university students with a unique insight into the yacht-building industry.
Further extending the World Boating Day celebrations, Bilgin Yachts also supported the spirit of sailing. In Antalya, Bilgin Sailing Club members set sail for a dedicated one-day event at Kemer Marina. Firat Yilmaz, Founder of Kemer Sailing and Master Instructor at the Turkish Sailing Federation, shared his thoughts: “We had a wonderful and enjoyable day sailing with the support of Bilgin Yachts. Events of this scale are incredibly important for the development of Turkish maritime culture and the widespread growth of sailing as a sport.” During this private, invitation-only gathering, a race boat also joined the race with the support of Bilgin, further highlighting the company's commitment to the broader maritime community and the passion for the sea
